The SALT Track (C.A.L.M. Model)

The Service, Action, Leadership, and Transformation (SALT) track is implemented through the C.A.L.M. model: Creativity (problem-solving, idea generation, innovation), Activity (leadership-in-action through physical initiative), Leadership (taking responsibility and influencing others ethically), Mission (living out servant values through community service and witness).

The Community Circle

A network including SALT Coordinators (teachers), SALT Mentors (volunteers/alumni), SALT Partner Schools and SALT Hub (RoG Church Ministry) working together.

Strategic Expansion (2025–2030)

  • Regional Chapters: Establishing RoG SLDP hubs in counties to decentralize engagement.
  • Online Modules: Developing mobile-accessible e-learning for teachers and prefects.
  • Institutional Partnerships: Collaborating with Christian educator networks to embed values-based leadership in school culture.
  • Alumni Pipeline: Fostering alumni participation as mentors and program ambassadors.
